Mike Welton

The Clark Bar:  pride of Pittsburgh since 1917.  This 950 square foot sign was installed  on the D.L..Clark factory roof in 1948.   

The candy company left Pittsburgh in 1999; the sign was taken down in 2001 and was saved for its historic value.
